Recreational Space

TO MAINTAIN AND PRESERVE RECREATIONAL SPACES
i) The PPRA works with the City to help ensure the quality of the recreational spaces at Plouffe Park are maintained, i.e., quality of grass, trimming of bushes, basketball court fixtures, sand on volleyball court and play structure, splash pad functioning.
ii) The PPRA continues a partnership with Cambridge School following support for a new play structure to enhance their recreational spaces and equipment.
iii) The PPRA maintains a watching brief on the Supply and Services land to the west of Plouffe Park and the Dominican lands to the north of Somerset Street at Eccles St. in order to maintain and increase recreational spaces in the neighbourhood.
